Club Barooga membership
includes unlimited use of the 25 metre heated indoor pool for a leisurely swim or serious lap sessions.
Seniors are encouraged to utilise the pool for health and mobility benefits.
Local community health group and sporting clubs utilise the pool for training sessions throughout the week. Casual visitors are also welcome.
Club Barooga has a professional team of fully qualified swim instructors capable of teaching infants through to adults how to swim and survive.
The nationally accredited Aquasafe Swim and Survive program has been successful in teaching children and adults alike the techniques to swim proficiently, giving them valuable survival skills for use in the event of an emergency.
Swimming lessons commence in the second week of the school term and run for eight weeks, with one lesson per child per week. Enrolments open at the beginning of the holidays preceding that terms' lessons.
